Today we had a delicious burger. The burgers were really super juicy and damn tasty. We had ordered sweet potato fries with the burger which were forgotten. But then they were submitted immediately. Everything was nice and hot and nicely arranged. The chocolate shake and the pancakes were the crowning glory. We liked it very much ... and the staff was super friendly and attentive. Nice location. We will be back....

As always it was very tasty. We always find the atmosphere in the Miss Pepper restaurants very pleasant and so far we have had nice waitresses everywhere. We like to go there, you can also eat well with our children

Very nice service. Schnitzel tastes like deep fryer but the fries were good. Hygiene conditions at the time were very good.

The food is good, price / performance ratio fits. However, the service on the evening I was there made a somewhat overwhelmed and slightly uncoordinated impression. But they were kind.

The Miss Pepper in Barsbüttel is designed in the style of the American 60s. It has the same menu as all restaurants in this chain. You can sit outside as well as inside and have a lot of space. The food is really good.

The presentation comes very close to the American one. The food tastes good, but if you are looking for a real American taste experience, you might be particularly disappointed by the pancakes and the spare ribs.

Was very, very tasty! You have to try it. Good value for money. Just go there.

Can only be recommended ...... the 🍔 were awesome again. We were there for the second time and it tasted great again and the portions are huge. The staff is always friendly and competent.

My new favorite shop. Very delicious food, value for money is great and the homemade lemonade with watermelon is awesome. Everyone will find the right burger here, including veggie ones. Top!

Delicious plastic in the burger! Bitten right with the tooth! Not even got the drink for free. Both have lost their appetite. Still had to pay, although hardly ate was eaten. Sat inside first. The flies and the cleaning people with the buckets bothered us. Can't you do that before the restaurant opens ?! We were allowed to sit outside. With the comment of the waitress "now I have to clean and set up outside" Thank you very much. Never again Miss Pepper! Of course we have informed the service. Unfortunately we lost our appetite after biting on plastic!

Sorry, but posting endless job advertisements on LinkedIn / JobHero etc, but if I call because I had a question about this, tell the employees you want to pass on "No, thanks" to EVERY applicant? Then at least take out your ads before people really make unnecessary effort and apply to you.

Super tasty, nice atmosphere! Only half a star at most, because I think there is something wrong with internal communication. For example, a new menu. Employees seemed unsure where coleslaw is now, where no more, what can be combined and how, and as a guest you have to point out what might be missing or according to the menu should have been there. Tiny thing, but it makes it more pleasant when you can start eating right away instead of clarifying something about the dish.

Very good service. Nice atmosphere. Accidentally gave us the wrong fries. They then left them to us and gave the right ones to us free of charge. Top and recommendable!

The restaurant is well furnished and has a large selection of dishes. We didn't have to wait long for our food. The quality of the food was okay. The chips and the hamburger were a bit dry. The schnitzel was dry too, but the sauce made it okay. The service was super nice but unfortunately less attentive. Unfortunately we were not asked if everything was okay. And no attention was paid to our drinks either. Plus point: gluten-free rolls for hamburgers!

Once inside, you can immediately feel like you are in an American restaurant. The interior design is definitely an additional attraction as well as the statue of liberty or the sheriff's car from before the resturant. Food is delicious. Very nice service.

Milk shakes are not made correctly. It should be mostly ice cream and milk added, not the otherway around. It was too watery. Also, as an American, the decoration was cool but also very weird... It reminds me of what Disneyland does to European cultures in their theme parks, but the other way around. It was just... Too much

Cosy, but we got lukewarm beer and the onion rings were not really fresh made. But still a nice option to the restaurants at Autobahn.

We ordered: Angus spicy burger - tender and juicy patty, simply delicious! Burger of the month (triple burger) was great. Home made watermelon iced tea, was good, not too sweet. Restaurant get packed especially for dinner. Advisable to make a reservation beforehand.

Nice diner deco, service was really nice even in the last hour. Worth the visit

Awesome food

The service was good and also fast. They had an extra menu for vegetarian and vegan meals, so plus points for that. I had a quinoa burger which was delicious. All in all very nice. I like.

Very busy place, but not surprising given the atmosphere, service and quality of the food. A great selection of American style foods, including vegetarian and vegan choices. The decor is 50's Americana, complete with police cruiser in the parking lot. Parking for trucks on the adjoining industrial estate.

My burger did not satisfy me really, sizing was fine but french fries had a bit of a ... Bad taste. Lemonade was really fresh made an tasty. Prices are ok, cheep drinks

Good Burgers, reminds me of the United States .The waitress was nice and the restaurant was similar to an american Diner.The Food was good and you can german or american Food there ,the atmosphere were great, the people were nice and it was a great evening!
